No delivery. Bulk Create generates design pages — it doesn't email anything. You still need a mail-merge tool (and its own sending limits) to get certificates to recipients.

Prerequisites

You'll need a CertFusion account (free to start), a certificate design (import your existing Canva design or use a template), and a CSV with at least a name and email column. Optional custom columns — like a race finish time — can be printed on the certificate too.

Step 1: Open your certificate template

In your CertFusion dashboard, go to Certificate Templates. Each design keeps its own recipient list, so pick the template for this cohort — here, the Race Certificate.

Step 2: Add recipients

Open the template's Recipients tab and click Add Recipients. You can add people manually, import a CSV, or pull them straight from tools like Zoom, Webex, Typeform, Tally, Youform, Eventbrite, and Google Forms. For this walkthrough, choose Import CSV.

Step 3: Upload your CSV

Click Choose file, select your CSV, and hit Upload & Preview. No row caps — your whole list goes in at once. If a recipient has no email address, you can use a placeholder and simply not send emails on issue.

Step 4: Map your columns

CertFusion previews your data and asks how each column maps: Recipient Name and Email Address are required, and any custom fields on the design — like [custom.finishtime] — appear as optional mappings for personalization.

Step 5: Import recipients

Click Import Recipients. All 40 recipients from the sample CSV are created instantly and appear in the list as Pending.

Step 6: Select everyone

Tick the header checkbox to select the visible page, then click Select all to include every recipient across all pages — all 40 at once.

Step 7: Issue the certificates

Click Issue Certificates. CertFusion asks whether to email each recipient a link to their certificate — choose Yes to deliver automatically, or No if you'd rather distribute them yourself. Confirm, and processing starts.

Within moments, every status flips from Pending to Issued, with views and downloads tracked per recipient.

Step 8: Verify the result

Each recipient gets their own certificate page with a unique credential ID, download options, social sharing, and one-click Add to LinkedIn Profile — and custom fields like finish time render right on the certificate.
